The past summer of 2025, We met a man through a friend. His name is Jeffry Henderson and he has been a singer and song writer for many years. He asked if he could compose a song for me. He named it ” Making Soup”! In the creation of this song… he used events that happened through the years on Johnny’s case. He wrote them into the lyrics of the song. We have the link in this blog so that people can click it and hear it.
The title chosen for this song might puzzle people. Jeff asked me ” what do you do to survive the stress during these 43 years of Johnny being missing. ” I told him “I make a pot of soup. Soup is soothing after a stressful day.
A big thank you to Jeffry for taking the time to compose this song. He is a very talented singer son, song writer and friend. He travels in the Northern part of the state to perform for many groups.
